Whether through sport, art, mentorship, leadership development, community dialogue,
or food access, every program is designed to help youth grow in confidence, purpose, and opportunity.

FUTURE CAPTAINS
Building Leaders Through Sport
Future Captains uses basketball as a vehicle for leadership, character development, teamwork, and personal growth.
Through skill development, mentorship, and positive community experiences,
participants learn lessons that extend far beyond the court.

Every young person has a story worth telling. Unmuted provides creative spaces where youth can explore music, visual arts, spoken word, storytelling, media, and performance while developing confidence and selfexpression.

Nourish Futures helps address food insecurity while creating spaces where young people and families experience dignity, care, and belonging. By combining food support with community connection, we help remove barriers that prevent youth from fully participating in opportunities around them.
